From the desk of Raeford Morton Renfield
To: R.J. Davidson, President of the Tynoffer Common Conservation Society (TCCS)
Dear sir,
I greet you because my lord asks.
I wish to bring to your attention the undue suffering your opposition to the construction of the Master’s structure on Tynoffer Common is causing. The Master has been bed ridden with ennui.
We have complied with all official requirements and have made several changes to the original design, including altering the structure’s designation to “maintenance shed” from “crypt.”
As well, the structure has been downsized from 1,800 sq. feet to 600.
As developer, The Master, the Count Hisself, has agreed to pay all costs incurred during construction and will pay all maintenance and caretaking costs in perpetuity for the structure and surrounding area.
We are also committed to providing a $6 million donation to the Guardians of Tynoffer Common subcommittee to help with the overall management of the Common.
I have been instructed to offer an additional $1 million to the TCCS upon approval of the project.
Yours in service,
Raeford Morton Renfield
