Correspondence
From: The desk of R.J. Davidson, Executive Director of the Tynoffer Common Board of Directors.
To: Mr. E. J. Oswald, general manager of the Burnside Path.
Dear sir,
I am in receipt of your third inquiry regarding a proposed linkage of the Burnside Path to Tynoffer Common’s vast network of trails, bridges, watershed viewing platforms, stunning wildlife spotting opportunities, unsurpassed birding experiences, guided botany walks, interdimensional portals, mischievous wee folk warrens and classical undead entities.
However, the Tynoffer Common Board of Directors is not interested in a new trail linking the two recreational areas at this time.
The Burnside Path’s single 4.5 kilometre trail is a proud achievement.
However, we feel such a merger is not a good fit due to the different culture market each of us inhabits.
Cyclists, yoga pants and trucker hats are strictly forbidden on Tynoffer Common and its trails.
As well, when we say we are not interested in your merger proposal “at this time,” it means we are not interested — EVER.
Kindest regards,
R.J. Davidson, Executive Director Tynoffer Common
